Use Avidemo!
Quality is still nice but use Max Saturation in Vegas and use a better cfg.
Thats an example of avidemo200.
For info on how to do that look on tuts
Very nice jumping skills though - especially liked the last bounce

Make sure you use /cg_draw2D 0, this will remove the text and junk on the screen.
