On the gap records page, you can see that Pedsdude is the top one among the people who jumped 317, but actually he did it after them. Аccording to the rule of ranking, he was supposed to be placed below all the 317 jumpers. We can then say with a clear conscience, "Pedsdude, you cheated!"

What "rule of the ranking"? It doesn't state anything on that page about ordering within the same distance. Also, it's normally done by alphabetical order, so it doesn't have any bearing on who completed the gap first. We don't even have a 'date added' column in the database to keep track of it.
