How to apply for VIP ?

Hey guys was just wondering if there are any requirements to be a VIP on a CJ server? If so would you be able to list them and what do you get on a CJ server if you are VIP apart from a Deagle?

VIP is only when someone in the server at the time manually promotes you. It simply allows you to spawn with deagle and be able to kill people.

GUID admin is where you're added to the list of admins with your GUID and you have full access to the admin menu (able to teleport people, promote/demote people, give weapons etc.), but I doubt any server owner is likely to give you this unless they know you well.

It is, in the sense that if someone with admin promotes you (via admin menu or /rcon cj_promote #), then you get VIP next to your name in the scoreboard until you're demoted, leave, map changes etc.
