I am NOT a Duke nukem fanboy, so the review does not make considerations for whether it is a good homage to the original...

It was a fun game, some nice humour and obvious references to other games and films type stuff (i.e Leeroy Jenkins, Halo, Valve, Robocop, Shining & Commando to name a few). You only carry two guns at a time and its quite clear which guns are the most useful.

The boss fights are just simply easy "strafe" fights (the final boss was easier than the previous).

Its not much a review, but to conclude, is it worth spending ~£30 on?
No.
