how to add a weapon from another mod in a jump map?
please help

Not sure if i've read it correct or not but here:
Get the weapon file, open the map's .iwd file (with 7zip/WinRAR) and put the weapon in this directory:

weapons/mp
Just create the folders if they're not already there. And then once done and playing the map give yourself the weapon you have placed in the folders above. (If it's codjumper you can use the punish give:: command)

I had already tried that and didnt work.
what is the punish give::command?

For devmap its /punish give::0::gun::yes (where it says gun put the gun name)
and normal /rcon punish give::0::gun::yes (Must be logged into rcon and put ur id number where 0 is,Find this by doing /rcon status)

what is the function "punish"? i knew /give.... without it like give m40a3_mp

I'm pretty sure he means putting the gun in his map as a standard weapon lying on the floor.
Is it that what you want?

i would put a weapon only in my map (not in the mod) from another mod :)
for example take crossbow_mp or famas_f1_mp of mw3arena mod.

Well, if You have the source files its no problem, but you cant decompile them out of the mod.
If its something like the gravity gun (using a stock model ), its easy,
but you dont have the model file of the crossbow.
