my custom made textures are turning out a whitish blue, and not showing what they are ment to be..

if you look at this picture you can see on the game map a whitish blue block next to the picture fram on it's right, well this is ment to be a goldish colour skull texture as shown below on the radian tools..




as you can see on 2nd picture i added a sign from normal textures and that works ok, it just the custom made textures thats not work,???


Any reason why this should be happening... Canyone help with the problem and tell me how to fix it???

Are you loading a mod before trying to load the map?

Nope No mods running at all

Soved the problem now.....

Reason being IWi files was not being save and the correct folder or in a iwd file..
Plus the iwi files was being placed in Raw/Images, they should of been placed in a IWD file in the
C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\customMaps Folder section. the IWD file that was not being made should of been made and called my_map-name, but was'nt so i had tom ake one and place all the iwi's into the IWD file myself...


Anyway i spoke to HarryHuts another mapper and he helped me out to get the map working again ,so now it's woking ok.

That is perfectly normal.
It wont make a map for you and the iwd file.
