I'll take care of checking whether the music is royalty-free or not

Let's save this post.

like I said in the "What do you guys think of the new CoD coming out?" thread;

Looks more of the same to me. But I'll probably buy it one day...just for SP.

It does look fucking awesome, nobody can deny that. But look at it now, 3 teams working on 1 game. I think all those developers who left for Respawn really messed up their manpower.

No matter how good it looked, most people thought MW2/Black Ops looked amazing from the release trailer, how wrong they were.

Not really, it still had a good single player, and is still considerably better than many new games (e.g Homefront)

Indeed, MW2 SP fucking owned, I never finished BO SP due to stupid lag in there. Even WaW had amazing SP.

Holy shit, everything in that trailer was done before in other CoDs! Way to go, IW. Way to go.

To be fair, we need to stop expecting new stuff and start asking for expansions of GOOD stuff.

I would LOVE to see WW2 on the new engines.

Explosions and shit, that way it sells.

And besides, it continues from MW2 SP so what else did you expect?

Also, anyone else waiting for the news 1 month before official release that there won't be dedicated servers?

There will be dedicated servers.

But IW will host them all and you cannot add mods or control the content.

Exactly, as long as it sells. Which of course leaves little room for something new. Safe and marketable, just the way Activision likes it.

I expected something new in terms of gameplay. Of course the story is going to continue from where MW2 left off, but that doesn't automatically mean that every gameplay mechanic so far has to be recycled.

Will be checking out the (probably mediocre) story in any case.

I just hope they keep the nuke in, it was one of the most well designed abilities I've ever seen.
