COD4 Skinning HELP!

okay, so i use to skin fairly often, and was getting good at it, then stopped cod for about 3 months. Came back, with cs5, and now I've tried to do it, I keep getting some error message on cod4, and it's crashing.
I can open the file in photoshop, edit it, save it as DXT5 and generate mip maps. Can then make a z_modwarfare folder with the skin inside it(converted to an iwi). The error I recieve is "Could not load image "weapon name".iwi"
Any suggestions? if anyone has teamviewer, could they let me have a look? I have been trying to fix this for days with no luck.
