Well, there's an error in the script... :roll:

Code: Select all

user playlocalsound("mp_crazyjump_welcome);
Should be:

Code: Select all

players[i] playlocalsound("mp_crazyjump_welcome");
(in both maps)

Also, sounds/music don't work in the 125 fps map, because in the soundalias you only wrote mp_crazyjump_space, and not also the also 125 version...

Np :)

Ok, I finished it, I really liked that cave part, and some other really nice looking rooms.
I didn't like that lightblue/black trippy room, and that running in lava part, both was pretty annoying imo.
Also it was REALLY laggy at parts (maybe I just need better pc).

Otherwise, it's a really good map for a first try, keep up the good work :D

Some shortcuts still in there though.
Bear in mind that 333 fps jumpers wont have problems with 70+ units high jumps with a nade...

Wow people still make jump maps for CoD2? I thought I was the only one left. :o

I'm loving the skybox, will test and comment on it.

Was the download link updated before or after I uploaded the map to our website? (I can't remember what time earlier today I did it!)

It's not a case of being lazy, it's a case of updating a file when people won't know that it's been updated in the first place. And also, especially given that it's a 20MB+ file, I don't want to be uploading it multiple times just because sufficient beta testing hasn't taken place.

Right, is there a reason you had to include massive ammounts of porn into the map? You know what, for my next project I'm going to download a random porno, save each frame individually, import it all into Radiant and script so it looks animated. Just so I can fap while I jump. :|

I liked some of the bounces, and as said before the skybox is pretty nice but 90% of the map was uninspired floating platforms and textures without rhyme or reason. Boring, repetitive, unoriginal and uninteresting.

This map killed my interest in the CoD2 jump scene entirely, as little as there was left of it.

Did some of those "bitchy" jumps give you a "hard time" too?
And when you finally "reached the end", did you feel "relieved"?

Yes Rezil... I see it just like you, so my servers running on a revised version of my map... An open BETA Final... If it will pass all tests, then I will publish it here... I added a gap training, adapted some of the difficult jumps, modified some ways a little bit more interesting attempted... there are much reason for a new version... the map will be finish now. I think my "first" project was succesfull for me... A new project is already in planning and should be started immediately after full mp_crazyjump_space of ending ... A better project with this name mp_nebulon will be appearing soon... :)

Thx MasterThomy, IzNoGoD and Rezil for the comments!^^ :)
