Reupload as a "tutorial" and quote that the video is uploaded under a Fair Use policy and is for non-commercial use. Mention developer and publisher. In the mean time send a "Fuck you" letter to Activision.
Does the new work offer something above and beyond the original? Does it transform the original work in some way? If the work is altered significantly, used for another purpose, appeals to a different audience, it more likely to be considered fair use.
The work is altered for viewing by a selected auidence.
Does the work appeal to the same audience as the original? If the answer is yes, it will likely be considered an infringement.

You know that missile tower ? You can jump on those greenish big metal beams. From those beams you can jump to some tiny ledge above the tunnel which leads directly under the missile.

Also, not sure if it was shown in this video and I'm too lazy to check, you could also crawl into some vents at one side of the map.
