madnesslink5 wrote:Very nice guide, one little query though, you state that 125/250 FPS both jump 41 units, i'm pretty certain that 250 FPS jumps slightly higher, maybe 42 or so I don't know the figures. But I'm sure there are some objects I can jump onto with 250 but not with 125.
Oh yes my bad, 250 is indeed capable of 42, corrected.

Nah, whoever made them was obviously shit at making videos (well, apart from the strafe jumping tutorial and bouncing tutorial, they were pro :)).
I can always remake those videos :P, na just kidding, respect to matty for his work for those vids.

Update again, Dan did some tests and these are the accurate height results:

125 FPS - 40.5 height units
250 FPS - 41.5 height units
333 FPS - 46 height units

Would've thought the correct jumpheights would have already been posted here somewhere, what with FPS height being known about for years :P

Nice that you updated it anyway.

I know :(, the way you explain in such great detail what to do and when, the amazing effects you put and above all, the awesome gramma, spellings plus the way you write, outstanding! I wish I could do all that :(

Maybe someone should make a tutorial about normal stacks? Like when to stand up? It's hard to explain it with text only.

And add the freeze stack bind: /bind [button] ping lag

I'll make a stacking tutorial after I finish all the walkthroughs.
The freeze stack bind is in the video tutorial.

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that the stacker must move from prone to crouch or crouch to standing while the jumper is in the air - if he's standing on the stackers head at the time then he just falls to the ground through the stacker.

Added, but it indeed sounds a bit complex to new users coming to CoD4 Jumping. I'll make that video tutorial after walkthroughs and everything will be much cleaner :)

I can make it once my PC is back. Will take a while before you finished the walkthroughs ^^
