Custom skybox help

Ok so i made a custom skybox and in my map .csv i have "material,sky_bluesun" and "image,sunset_ft" i made an iwd and made a materials folder and put the "sky_bluesun" in that folder and created and images folder with the "sunset_ft" image in that folder, but when i try to load up the game it says that it can't find that image, and yes i have the iwd in the CoDjumper mod.
