Help! with deleting

Is there any way you can delete items and objects such as lights, health packs, and grenadesâ€¦

if there is please help me.

Hold shift and click on them, then press backspace (the button to the right of the = sign)

Yes, select the light (shift and click)
then press 'n' - (This will bring up the entities box)
Then in the "key" box put the word "light"
and in the "value" box put a number (300 is default, 50 and below are good for indoors)

Press K and choose a colour if you don't want it white also.
