You can make it as big as you like !
Just edit the panzerfaust weapon gsc and change the damage radius.

You want to make a nuclear explosion in the effects-ed I presume.
Ask Rezil about this, I don't have that much effects-ed experience....he does.

You can change the size by going to the 'Size' tab and setting the scale(scale determines the size in game units). You can set the way the size is modified by modifying the line graph next to the scale parameter.
