Graphics Card "Error"

Someone explain this picture and i give 5 000 000 000 000 $

+ 10 000 000 000 000 000 $ to one who can tell me how i get rid of those white lines
(They appear on ALL fullscreen games)

Try updating drivers, usually fixes such problems. D:

i have newest drivers: regular driver same thing, omega driver failed too :/
