I'm not planning on it taking it hours though;
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 2.67GHz (8 CPUs)
RAM: 6134MB RAM
GPU: NnVidia GeForce GTX 285

Last time I compiled with reflection probes and 4 to 6 lights in every room, it took about two minutes. :)
But that's without light grid, sky boxes, hint boxes, ...

Wait wut?! 8 cores? I didn't know that many cores were available to the general public!
that's a nice pic and all, but out of all the pictures you could have taken why'd you take a picture of a plant? :P

Because plants have some really small details. If a plant comes out nice in a photo, you have yourself a good camera ;)

Sad face is because today, I barely had time to have any work done. Both school and my grandpa needed me... I continued some experimenting with \/-slides, but the concept I had in mind wasn't fun to play, and was cancelled. So I'm making another 'level-up' room with some slides and bounces. It's very rough, and I haven't been able to test it 100%...
I'm sorry I'm not uploading another screen, but it's not really worth uploading...

Actually it only has four cores. The cpu uses Hyper Threading technology, and each cores runs two threads making it show as eight logical cores :P.

Stop! Log time! :D
I've been able to finish the next level up room, featuring a bounce, two kinds of sliding and an RPG bounce.
In the right corner, you see there is a hole, this is so the RPG jumping player doesn't take as much damage.
There is a tunnel leading there for the ones who failed the bounce. You won't see it because of full-bright.
EDIT: It also seems like I've forgotten the door >.<

In the next room, I'm planning moving platforms, not jumping from moving platform to moving platform (since I don't usually like that), but rather one platform that moves along a path where are a number of obstacles.
So tomorrow I'll have to learn a bit about that scripting. I don't know how much control you have with those scripts, I'm hoping I can adjust the player's momentum together with the coordinates, to smoothen out the movement.

Also I've ran out of apple juice. I'll be drinking cola since I can't find my water bottle. :(

EDIT: I'm doing something wrong, or I'm forgetting something...
I was trying to make a loop making it say something...
I copied all other code from shipment because I needed to have a file before I could compile.
My guess is that I don't have a .idw file, if so, where can I find it?

EDIT2: Okay I've had a look at http://www.zeroy.com/script/, it seems I have control over a player's velocity, which is good for moving platforms. I can also make a .txt file for role-play purposes (so one can continue where he left off if one wants to). Control over a player's level, even kicks and bans. But those last ones are probably disabled.

The command for printing something on the screen is iprintlnbold("text");

The .iwd(not .idw) file is basically .rar format. Just copy one of iw's and delete all of the folders, then create your own(the .gsc-script file should be located in .iwd/maps/mp)

I'm not sure what you mean by copy one of iw's and deleting. What file/folder do I need to copy and what do I need to delete?
This is the situation now;
  • mp_portal.gsc is in D:\CoD4\raw\maps\mp
  • mp_portal.ff and mp_portal_load.ff are in D:\CoD4\usermaps\mp_portal
