It's easy to find if you're using the correct path. Check the tops of boxes. I can't understand how people miss the key, it's practically sticking out!

Your map is too complicated. (Not really but meh.)
You're actually on the box where the key lies. Green box, brown key if I'm not mistaken. Those were the colors on CoD2 though.

Yep, except the key is blue here(dark blue, the boxes are light blue). I changed the colors because I thought it was too easy to find it as it is. Guess I was wrong.

Very nice map, i' ve only played this and mp_jm_offices (both cod4 maps of yours) and i must say your objective style maps are my favourite custom maps on CoD4, i completed offices several times and managed to find all card keys, so far on this map i have finished it and found 35/40 of the secrets, but gave up looking for the rest after a while. Are there any on the crate/crane before you drop it through the ship? 20 gets you onto the island, does all 40 just uncover that other sign on the island? Anyway keep up the good work, i would try your CoD2 maps but my CoD2 errors out when i try make a private game =/

Thanks for the feedback, I try to make maps more engaging than simply jumping from platform to platform. The prize for getting all 40 secrets is kinda lame, 20 is enough.
