I didn't make it yet and i cant do it, so i hope that there are some pro's in here who can try it.
I made it [Edit] dead [Edit] on the roof without painkiller and i was really close to the barrels, so i think its possible.
Its hard but im sure its possible, painkiller would be nice.

Well if they are on the xbox it's probably on the PC aswell since more stuff (Atleast in CoD4) is blocked on the PC compared to consoles.

You sure about the no patches ? iirc Steam downloaded something for MW2 but I didn't see any patchnotes regarding it.
They will probably totally ignore PC because of all the shitting on their forums.
I do gotta say though, Care Package running is fucking bullshit.

It seems to have been reversed for MW2. More barriers on Console than PC. (Karachi, Terminal, derail etc)

Yea, You know the middle building on Karachi where you can just strafe to it and hop down out the map.
Practically everywhere that he jumped there is a barrier to the top of the ceiling. Because if you hit an elevator on it you go up to the top and drop back down...
