Can't unzip Map mp_colourful

When i download this and try to open it or unzip it...
It gives me this message
I need to download this map manually ...
Right now the Server #1 rotation is on mp_colourful...
And I can't download it from the Cod4 game, it just restarts over and over.
Had the same problem with mp_peds_something but i could unzip that one.
