I think as long as there are places (which aren't ment to be reached) where you can jump to there always will be clipping going on. That was already the case in MOHAA and I don't think it will ever be any different.
And i deffinately don't see a 1.6 Patch coming for Cod/UO, they are too busy creating CoD2 probably.
