The irony of chanting 'God is great' because you capture the same man GOD put on this Earth to slay your family and friends is incredible. This is why religion as a whole is broken. Not to mention the savage nature of the beast that is Eastern Islam (or Traditional Islam if you wish).

So they should first spend a whole lot of money to trial him and then kill him?

And it's not degrading to HIS level. It's completely different to kill innocent civilians than people like him.
