2nd one looks like a shoe with wings on it, possibly a perk that makes you run faster or jump higher?
3rd one looks like 2 weapons (perhaps swords?) crossing each other, possibly a new picture for overkill or faster knifing
4th one looks like an explosion, perhaps a new type of marty or something
5th one is obviously a down arrow and looks completely different than the other 4, I don't think that it's a perk at all.

Nice spot!

If those are perks then it means that they aren't recycling CoD4 HUDs. I hope they keep the same stuff but that everything looks different. CoD5 just simply copied. In short, an upgraded version of CoD2.

2nd one looks like a shoe with wings...probably the best perk ever
3rd agree, looks like overkill-perk...sword would be nice for meleeattack (dont know what IW create but if it contains swords in a really good mp im curious about it)
4th and 5th no idea...maybe just some working-images which they have to edit later...dont belive they will use a simple down arrow for a perk

anyways looks like fake

The 2 swords could be something to improve melee attack range, such as bayonet on codwaw.

Dont think they deviate so much from cod-realistic-style although its "modern". This feature is reserved for UT-, and Quakelike games

Wow Ultralala, I didn't know you where that retarted

First of all, this IS real because it's an OFFICIAL trailer.
Second, they're not actually including swords in the game, maybe the possibility of better knifing or overkill (or as KS said, RPGs)
Third, they're not ACTUALLY including portals in their game, Roxzor posted that as a joke.

Jesus christ, I've never seen a better example of someone with absolutley NO common sense!
