I dont think its possible 125... its really far and me doing 125 has only been getting to the base of the wall. Since i dont get 250 there i cant do much more

just found this on youtube... some xbox glitchers using a bayonet ish jump but not really to get to the spots under dome

The jump is possible, If, you standing at the top, you have a set of stairs to ure left the furthest away banister (railing thing) Strafe jump from the top and if you hit the corner right you will climb it.
Also, The bayonet video above works aswell
