No, 7pm onwards.
5pm I am busy either eating, or relaxing, etc.

Anyway, do you know much about the mechanics like with the CoD series (Radiant etc)?

I know the very, very basics.
It is scripted in LUA, which in my view is complicated.

I don't know what tool modders use in WoW. I was refering to the most known tool in CoD and that's Radiant.

There are no real tools other than notepad.
Go to your 'interface/addons' folder and open the files (notepad) in there, you will see how they are made using LUA and XML.
It is a complex script language.
