Let me clear this up for everyone:

We are accepting donated CoD4 servers hosted in Europe, as long as they don't advertise a hosting company.

So, we're able to accept donated EU CoD4 servers with, say, a link to a clan website (or no link at all).

The agreement was very precise - I confirmed with them that I could do the above before we made the deal to ensure that we would be able to accept donated servers from EU (As long as it doesn't advertise another company, of course, which is fair enough).
