Smoothness is a lot better.
Now:
- Reticle scan lines are too bold. Fade them a little to blend with the green.
- I honestly would not have the person shot "sink" as he currently does. My idea would be, as the flash appears from gunfire, sig goes bright white (as it does), and then fades to black. Before resetting. The sig atm goes from 3D to 2D sprite after the flash.

Smoothness is definately a lot better, all that needs fixing now imo is the way the person dies. Drofder's idea is quite good, as it gets around the issue of actually making the person die. Maybe try his idea, but instead of having it fade to black, have it fade to the background again, but this time without the enemy there.
