Where do they come from

Right, I've changed the registration form so that when you register you can't add a website (although you can once you've registered). It would appear that this apparantly stops them registering, so we'll wait and see, then I might add an image verification etc if it does not work.

There is no problem, I just think that for new members registering on the forum it's better if they don't have to bother doing image verification, + I don't have to bother adding it if this solves the problem.

It's not laziness really, it's the fact that I'm so busy recently that I don't have extra time to spend adding things to the forums.

haha. It's not laziness, its more necessity with time. I can vouch for Peds on this one, as I often get it with helping people and doing demeaning jobs such as the "levelshots" I just did. Image Verification is not essential at this point but I would recommend it is put in your list of things to do when you get a spare moment (successful running of websites = happy visitors

)

AAAAAAHH so many things!!!

It would appear the website removal hasn't fully solved the problem. Our latest user is "BritneNude" with the email address of "britneynude@lopigax.com". I think it has helped reduce the amount of bots though, because there were quite a few registering per day and now there's not so many. That and the fact that when I delete new bots now I also ban their email addresses and names.
