yeh, pretty much anybody could do it with those two. MS Paint doesn't exactly require a whole lot of skill unless you are utterly computer illiterate

lol, i used distort function in photoshop, of a screenshot of my monitor, but apart ftom that i used MS paint, its poo, ill make my next one smaller, then it will look more like pixel art

i love doing 3d stuff on paint, and im disappointed that i can't find one picture i did one time. It had a fully 3d room with chairs and stuff that looked absolutely realistic.
