hmm UO mod's are evil " because of rankings and such any weapon mods have to be edited in the map's i think... or the gametypes

yeah your right there. best thing to do is edit your config file on your hosted server and change the rankings. i made it promo after 1 kill and artilary after 2. this way the weapons i made worked.
Alternativly you could move the rankings right down to 0's and pretty much start with a satchel, 2 nades and binnoc's
