Thats no excuse.., Most of the workers there are volounteers or soliders.

Wars also destroy a lot of places where people used to work that they will rebuild afterwards...So then its back to square 1 and there won't be more jpbs the before...even less. + The infrastructure and economy of the country thats being attacked will drop greatly.
