I got it to work, but half the time I get disconnected from the internet when I try (also happens when I sometimes try to connect to people's hosted servers).

Try http://portforward.com/cports.htm if you need to open ports on your router...it also has a huge list of routers with guides specific for each game.

I've enabled the ports on my router... but I still cant figure it out... I've seen people just start a new non-dedicated server and have people join.. but i dont know how :?
