Anyone have CoD v1.1?

Could you create an 1.1 patch? I want to downgrade from 1.3 to 1.1. I done it before but lost the file years ago. 1.1 was my favorite version of all. After 1.1, the feels is different. And slower too.


I will need the 1.1 exes, and all the dlls.

Lol, possibly, but who cares. I seriously doubt your going to find those files mate, I'm pretty sure the CD I have is pre patched to 1.3 or something.

Um, this wasn't in mind. I want 1.1 because of the feel. It's fast paced.

No point in reinstalling since I have 1.3 cd. It is possible to downgrade, just simply replace the files to older files. (In this case, 1.1 which was 2003) And there is no official 1.1 patch. Only 1.2 and up. I done this, and it works. Just need to find people who bought the game in 2003, mid 04, before the GOTY edition was released.

which game are you talkin about?

if your talking about cod2 theres a handy tool called moongamers patchswitcher that switches you from 1.0 to 1.3 really quickly. not much difference between 1.1 and 1.0

if its not cod2 ill shut up now.

Yeah but he needs to down patch, which I don't think can be done, he has the 1.3 cd(Like me, and probably most people). The only thing I can think of is extracting the installer and replacing the files for main, but then you'd possibly need the 1.1 executable, or not, worth a try. But then again, this isn't 1.1. Sadly I don't think we are going to find 1.1 .

Ah, didn't know they sold the game with 1.3 patch on... I bought it when it first came out.
