i couldn't make that strafe on the last pic when i was making my video, but i only tried like 20 or so times :x. I'll try it again lol.

You can prone on the roof where the clock is,so you can stack up to the very top of the clocktower.It's jump_height 120 so it's an Rpg-stack.
