Ok, well, not really. What I have done is pretty simple and it gives off a nice effect.

How it was done:
Simple, just set the user origin to the drivers seat, and then link the car to the player.
And it works well because the car will turn when the player turns.

It fits perfectly with the car.

Also as an added bonus, allow cheats and type /cg_thirdperson 1 to get a back view of the car, just like in racing games!
