1- Little aditional jump to the one from louw. Click here.
2- Maby possible but i cant make if because i dont have 125 fps and i dont have jumped in a while so please try this one someone.Click here.

Sorry, I should have explained the demos. The first one was done before, but i'm just showing that its possible with 125 fps without a nade. Also I thought i had another demo with them but i seem to have put up the wrong one. I'll upload now...
