how to load jump practice map

i downloaded a map in the map section.

what i have to do next?

Save the map to your cod main folder. Default should be My Computer>Disk C:> Program files>CoD>Main. Then, if its a .pk3, forget the next step. If its a .rar or .zip, go into the folder and right click it. Click extract here. Then, you should have a .pk3 file. Now, if you have a .pk3 file, open up cod and type: /map (map name) or /devmap (map name) devmap is for cheats such as flying and god mode, check the stickies for that one. So example: /map mp_jump or /devmap mp_jump. This should open it up to practice with.
