need help for remove fog and cloud

hi friends i need help i want to delete fog ad cloud from the game how i can do that pls help me

in devmap open console and type:

g_fog 0

i cant tell how to remove clouds, i don't know how too.
I'll take care of checking whether the music is royalty-free or not
