How do make something a solid colour on cod4 radiant?

This is probably really simple but i cant figure out how to make something one solid colour like green or red.
How do i do this?

Check out some tutorials for making custom textures. You just need to make a custom texture, that is essentially just like a solid red square or which ever colour you want. Then texture your brushes with that
