Gravity gun,Admin gun, Admin pick up???

I've been playing on some CJ server and i'm now trying to make my own but on the servers i've been playing they got a gravity gun and an Admin gun and can pick people up.
is there any downloads for those weapons and that pick up thing?

You need rcon to do this
First run the mod on lan then edit in console
Set rcon_password (password)
Then minimize and go in rcon enter ip and port
And the password you putted in console
Then turn the map with cheats on and play
Then enter /give all and select every weapon you
Find there will be magic gun as gravity gun
And admin gun as desert eagle very fast
If you dont have rcon in main menu type devmap(map)
Then enter the cheats again
I am not sure about the picking up player thing i

You need Filezilla client and must have ftp acces and put the admin pickup script somewhere there use the search future to find how to install online
