War Z (similar to DayZ)
Not sure about this game, seems like just one big rip-off of DayZ with some minor improvements.

Inventory looks a little too "simple" and the game seem to lack immersion or atmosphere but with the footage shown its hardly enough to make judgement.
What engine is this running on?

War Z was actually being made before Day Z.

Re: War Z (similar to DayZ)
Yeah, have been watching this for a few days.
Steam released it using information the Developers had provided, but all the "features" were no more than "upcoming ideas".
Nothing had actually been implemented, such as 100km maps, skills/skill tree, Private servers, 100 players per servers. All of these were lies advertised as features.
Not to mention the steam forums were being run by a dev, who was deleting threads and banning people for speaking out against them and voicing their opinions.
Further to this, they had a practice of permanent banning for future sales to anyone who asked for and received a refund (prior to steam days).
There were rumours of the development team taking the money and cancelling the project development.
---
Whether or not the rumours are true, I would stay clear of this company and their shady practice - also the game is fucking terrible looking.

Yes, the game turned out horrible.
I would barely call it a game, shame in which state they have released it.
