What bug is this?

Caught this one while it was walking on the floor of a bakery, earning myself a free pizza bread.



It was about 8 CM. Pretty large, I haven't seen anything this large before.

Looks like an oversized cricket to me. Doesn't look like a roach either. It could also open its front mouth or something, 2 flaps, as if it's some kind of scizzor.

I would say it was some form of grasshopper. Weird looking mofo, but not a 'dirty' insect, so no problems eating your pizza bread

It couldn't jump either. Atleast, as far as I was aware.

Looks pretty nasty if you don't like insects anyway ha, free pizza bread though!
