Need help with Strike sandbag-bounce

Hi, as I said, I cant manage to hit that Strike bounce. I can hit it from the ground, but when it ry it from the roof, I either slide off, or I just land as usual. Are there any tips and/or tricks you can give me? thank you.

with 250 fps is easy

Indeed, make sure you're using 250 FPS constant otherwise I think it's impossible (I can't remember if I hit it once with 125 FPS).
