but due to the steamwork things with ps3, i can use my portal2 ps3 game and i also get steam portal for no extra charge, but does anyone know if this works with anyother games like blackops?

Doesn't matter if psn has been down with steam. i believe ps3 people got an activation code that they just enter on steam after they install it and make an account. http://www.steampowered.com
