make sure that your mp_elevator_madness_fx.gsc is in raw/maps/mp

2 potential things:
1. As said above, filename is wrong or in the wrong folder (or simply doesn't exist).
2. Or the code is wrong.
If you are sure number 1 is not a possibility, post the code surrounding and including that line.
