Not to mention some mods. I seem to remember promod for instance doesn't allow 333 and I believe it doesn't allow 250 either. It allows 250. But yes, it sounds like the server prevents you from a higher fps and this 'modified fps switch' is probably a way around it. Like you could use 333 on promod...
