In an empty server that is not my own, I get about 600fps rather than 800. (I think thats only the ping making the difference as I know ping effects fps for some reason). Hmm i dont belive that the ping effects the fps.. I think it's the other way around,because like an year ago i had 333 fps all o...

Well the flags are usually called prop_base_neutral or something like that so I'm guessing you add that to your map and then find the iwi file and convert it to dds so you can edit it. The image files are in the iwd in the main folder or you can get them from raw\images but I'm only guessing. Actua...
