I have watched a few demos of strafe jumping from a window but i still cant seem to get the hang of it. Sometimes i can do it sometimes i can't. Any suggestions on the best way to position yourself in the window so you can make a jump?

I cant seem to get my computer to go higher than 60fps even after changing the max fps. I just got a geforce 7800, an amd 64 x2 4200 processor, and 1.5 gigs of ram.
