I thank you all alot but i already got it working it is not constant 125 fps but 90 -125 but when i look down it is good and i jump with loooking down so no problem. I overclocked my geforce and it worked

I want a good fps bequase i like jumping and a good fps helps alot
This is my system it is not super but good enough i think :
- AMD Athlon XP 2600
- Geforce Fx 5200
- 512 MB
and i dont know if it helps you guys but if i press CTRL + ALT + DELETE i see that i use 203/1250 MB

i now the kills are pretty decent and i maybe should bash the motherrfucker down the stairs but i did it with the trail version of fraps that can only record for 30 sec. and that was quite irritating
