I don't know if this might work for you but it did for me. I also had the ".exe has stopped working" error. Copy the "zone" folder from your disc and replace it with your current folder. You may have to replace it several times because I had fastfile errors after I replaced the f...

Nice video although I don't play/jump CoD4 (I do have CoD4 though, downloaded.) but I have to admit that after watching several walkthroughs it starts to itch.
Also, as you've already read, I'm a complete noob at CoD4 so what's the difference between OS and normal?
