Looking For New Members for the PS3CJ team!

Hey,
Were looking for some New Recruits to Join the team,
It is NOT a Requirents/Trial Proccess as we dont necessarilly want the best Jumpers
Were looking for people who have Knowledge in the subject and not people who want to be the best but want the best for the community.
There are 1 or 2 things that you will need though.
You will need to be able to record/edit as it is the main way of contributing to the team.
Also We want members who we can releate too, people who dont give up and people who are Proffesional with tense situations and can handle pressure.

how is this not proffesional? it is quite proffesional to me and last time rug said these things on our channel a couple ppl commented saying they are quite proffesional as we dont just say hey u have to do this bounce in a certain amount of time etc lol

I dont know about pc but on PS3/xbox people use mics and some people can be assholes at times, like Someone can be saying that there better etc, i dont want people who will argue with that person for the rest of the day. I want then to be "Proffesional" with the situation that is what i ment. Everyone reading what i put mainly understood what i was talking about,
and What if i were Dyslexic?
I dont know why you would criticise over something like this when the people reading it probably dont give a damn, and it sounds proffesional to them probably.

My thoughts exactly. Also I would recommend using Google Chrome as your internet browser as it has a built in spell-checker. Just a hint. Also, its not hard to be able to "handle pressure" pressure. Just mute people.

How? If they're being so arrogant that they're `the best at jumping` or whatever the problem is, then surely if they're muted thats the problem solved.

Then if they start creating trouble in-game (blocking people etc) they can just be kicked?..

I meant your post...your post doesn't look like you took much care writing it. It's mainly what I would call "waffle" (random typing to sound like you know what you mean) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waffle_%28speech%29 . All I'm suggesting is..if you want people to take you seriously you might be better to type it up in Microsoft word before hand to fix the issues with it (spelling e.t.c) and get somebody else to read through it.

y would he practice typing sumthing in micrsoft word lol. its not that big of a deal hes just telling people. lol it doesnt have to be perfect

As far as im aware theres nothing wrong with what i put, it exlained what we expect and thats all we really need to put.
and i used the example of someone saying there bes at w/e, overall if it was a different subject then muting them would probably make mattters worse
